In the UK all Amstrad spares, not just for computers but also for satellite, etc. are held by Combined Precision Components (CPC) and/or Edcom (details below). If you need a widget for xxx or a sprocket for yyy do NOT email me about it - contact CPC/Edcom. The fact is that if you do email me and ask I will reply "have a look at http://web.ukonline.co.uk/cliff.lawson/manualss.htm" and the fact is that's exactly what you are looking at right now!

One of the most asked question I get via email is "Can I get spare parts in xxx" where "xxx" is often USA, Canada, Australia or some other far flung outpost. The fact is that we have closed all our overseas subsiduaries and so no longer have offices in America or Australasia or any European country but the UK for that matter, so my best advice is for you to try contact CPC/Edcom in the UK.

To call the listed UK numbers from another coutry use 011 or 00 then 44 and finally drop the leading zero from the numbers shown so that, for example, 01772 654455 would become 011 44 1772 654455 if dialed from the US.

The most recent addition I have been told about is another company called Solent PCW Services and, despite the name which might suggest that they only deal in the PCW, they tell me that they have been "supporting the pcw and pc range of amstrad computers for a great many years".
